THE HEMP AND HEMP-DERIVED CBD CONSUMER PROTECTION & MARKET STABILIZATION ACT OF 2021

This bill allows the use of hemp, cannabidiol (i.e., CBD) derived from hemp, or any other ingredient derived from hemp in a dietary supplement, provided that the supplement meets other applicable requirements.

This bill would ensure that hemp-derived CBD could be lawfully marketed as food and beverage additives.

This bill would ensure that hemp-derived CBD, and other non-intoxicating hemp ingredients, could be lawfully marketed as dietary supplements and food and beverage additives.
